What areas do you cover?

Although we are a Little Rock-based company, we provide services and transportation throughout Central Arkansas including all of Pulaski County and surrounding counties such as Lonoke, Saline, Faulkner, Conway, etc. To see if we service your city, please see our complete service area or contact us for more information.

What are yours rates?

At A.P.I., we strive to provide each of our customers with the best rates available. Our prices average at $18 per hour. However, prices can vary from client to client depending on specific needs. Please contact us to get more information on pricing and to get a free quote.

Are these services covered by Medicaid?

A.P.I can accept Arkansas Medicaid insurance as a form of payment for homecare/personal care services. At the present time A.P.I. is only licensed to accept payment for clients 21 years of age or older who are medicaid recipients. We also accept Private Pay, Veterans Benefits, VA Health System & Veterans Home Care, Long Term Care Insurance, and Alzheimer’s Arkansas Grant.

Currently, A.P.I. is not a Medicaid transportation provider. However, it is possible the state of Arkansas transports are bonded and organized with a select group of transportation companies throughout the state.
