Adult Day Center |Call for Pricing

  • Our Adult Day Center is a safe and nurturing space where older adults can engage in a variety of activities, socialize, and express their creativity. They are supervised to ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Participants will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. There are numerous activities to choose from, including painting, crocheting, and chair yoga, allowing individuals to explore their interests and maintain an active lifestyle

  • We offer a quiet room for decompressing or napping and monthly spa days with local vendors providing nail, foot, facial, shoulder massage, and hair styling services.

Targeted Case Management Services

AR Choices recipients/beneficiaries only

Applying the Person in Environment (P.I.E.) theory, API works with the targeted population of individuals with chronic and/or physical disabilities to find resources in the community. This service is only offered to individuals under the ARChoices program. Along with linking approved beneficiaries to find resources in the community, our professionals advocate on beneficiaries’ behalf and collateral with other professionals working with the beneficiary. Our TCM staff hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, human services, or nursing.
